California Report Pt 2: Reducing Greenhouse Gases
Eileen Wenger-Tutt, Deputy Secretary of External Affairs of the California EPA, reveals some impressive statistics about California’s energy efficiency. According to Mike Chrisman, California’s Secretary for Resources, there is a key to reducing greenhouse gases. Chrisman adds that California can’t be the only area participating in programs to reduce greenhouse gases.
