Down in Mexico

The Mexican town of Puerto Penasco, about a 4 hour drive south of Phoenix, is becoming home to dozens of new developments, including La Bella Vita. This feature mentions the timeline for completion of the development, and the surprisingly low price to get into a property in La Bella Vita. San Carlos, down the coast from Puerto Penasco, is also featured, along with Huatulco, further down the coast from San Carlos.
