Greenhouse Gases Leave Trail on Earth

From the CERI Electricity Conference in Calgary, Alberta, speaker Dr. Pierre Olivier-Pineau cautions Canadians about their inefficient uses of power and how that waste drastically affects the environment through greenhouse gas emissions. Pineau, associate professor with Managment Services HEC Montreal, suggests that a continental deregulation would be the best solution because it would encourage the use of more hydro-electric power, leaving less of a trail on the Earth.
