2008 Heavy Oil Congress

Unconventional oil company delegates from around the globe gathered in Edmonton recently for the 2008 Heavy Oil Congress. There were several speakers from many different oil-producing countries, including Alberta Premier Ed Stelmach, who spoke on a variety of topics. New industry technologies and products were also showcased.
